David Gonzales

Founder and CEO

David Gonzales, Founder and CEO, a University of North Texas (UNT) Graduate has been in the software and services industry for over 30 years beginning his career with IBM and growing to the CEO of Open Integration Consulting where he has overseen the key domestic and international clients for the business over the past 23 years.   At IBM, he worked with clients to create technology solutions for worldwide clients.  At OIC, he has been the Lead Architect on a major telecom company to deploy their e-business site for sales to end customers and has been an instructor for the e-business Professional Development Course at the SMU School of Engineering. 

Mari Gonzales

Vice President of Strategic Operations

Mari Gonzales, the Vice President of Strategic Operations, a Texas Christian University (TCU) Graduate who left Accenture and joined Open Integration Consulting in 2007 to leverage her experience helping global clients increase productivity and decrease cost.  Mari has deep Consulting and Services experience. Mari has over 30 years of experience in the Technology Industry.  She spent nearly 20 years at IBM and Accenture serving Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients.  Mari was a pioneer at IBM and Accenture helping each of them begin and grow their Services and Outsourcing businesses.  She was also responsible for leading many global projects that enhanced the quality and speed that Accenture could deliver services to clients worldwide.  Mari’s extremely strong skill set is why she has overall responsibility for the consulting infrastructure and growing and nurturing the consultants working with OIC Technology Solutions.  Ms. Gonzales was most recently honored by being on the panel for “Women in Leadership” at the International Women’s MBA, Women in Leadership event.   She was also asked to be a guest lecturer at the TCU Neeley School of Business for the undergraduate students. Her topic was “Servant Leadership”.   She has also been asked to be among a select group of local business leaders to provide External Reviews of the TCU MBA Consulting Projects for Fortune 500 clients in the metroplex.  This is a coaching and mentoring opportunity for the future consultants and leaders.
