Meet David
With 30+ years in the software and services industry, he began his career at IBM designing enterprise technology solutions and has since overseen OIC’s key domestic and international clients for over two decades.
He has served as Lead Architect for major initiatives, including large-scale e-business deployments, always focused on systems that scale, integrate cleanly, and stay reliable over time.
David is also passionate about developing people—he’s taught at the SMU School of Engineering and brings that same builder mindset into how OIC leads and delivers.

A Duke University graduate and former Senior Executive, Partner, and Managing Director at Accenture, Bob brings 40+ years of global consulting and services experience.
He helped pioneer IT outsourcing and technology strategy, led service management methodology development, and managed a $150M annual portfolio supported by 1,500+ team members worldwide.
Since joining OIC, he has helped transform the company’s operations and scale growth year after year, including Inc. 5000 recognition.
Having worked across 30+ countries and speaking multiple languages, Bob brings a global lens—and a calm, systems-driven approach—to every decision.

Ken ensures OIC projects have the right hardware and software in place—on time, properly scoped, and aligned with the real needs of each deployment.
He leads procurement and works directly with subcontractors to coordinate external partners and maintain service quality across project delivery. With experience spanning IT, customer support, and procurement, Ken understands both the technical requirements and the operational realities that make implementations succeed. His approach is structured, proactive, and built around keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Ken is known for being relentlessly detail-oriented—the kind of discipline that prevents problems before anyone else even sees them.
Carolina L.
Design Lead
Meet Carolina
Carolina produces the Low Voltage (LV) and Audiovisual (AV) designs that shape how systems are deployed in real spaces. Working closely with the technical team, she ensures client requirements are translated into clean, build-ready drawings that support seamless implementation.
With a background in Architecture, she brings a holistic design-to-construction mindset that protects both the technical integrity and the intent of the space. She’s especially skilled at coordinating LV/AV systems with the wider consultancy team to ensure accuracy, integration, and aesthetics all align.
Outside of work, she recharges through mountain biking with her family—an endurance practice that sharpens the focus and patience she brings to every project.

Senior Tech
Meet Brandon
Brandon executes technology delivery for clients with a focus on AV configuration and installation, audio processing design, and data connections. His core contribution is making sure technical systems aren’t just installed—they’re dialed in, integrated, and ready to perform.
With 4 years at OIC, Brandon brings hands-on delivery experience across real-world environments where precision and reliability matter. He’s known for staying close to the details—from signal flow to final configuration—so the end result feels intentional, clean, and professional.
Brandon takes pride in craftsmanship and execution—because premium service isn’t a promise, it’s the standard you can see and hear.
Gabrielle G.
People Empowerment Lead
Meet Gabrielle
In her role, Gabrielle aligns learning, culture, and change to drive measurable adoption. Their core contribution is building the people systems that help teams perform consistently—especially as OIC scales.
With a background in L&D and cognitive science, they build simple structures that support real-world performance. As steward of People Empowerment—one of OIC’s five Core Processes—they focus on experiences that lift engagement and capability across the employee lifecycle, including practical AI literacy and adoption.
Outside work, Gabrielle writes short stories and poems, shoots analog photography, keeps dancing (a salsa beginner after years of ballet), and loves global travel.

IT Helpdesk
Meet Jarvy
Jarvy supports OIC clients as part of the IT Helpdesk team, keeping day-to-day operations stable through fast, friendly, and dependable technical support. His contribution is simple but critical: solving issues quickly so teams can stay productive without disruption.
He brings strong experience in troubleshooting and user support, with a hands-on approach to diagnosing problems and restoring systems efficiently. Jarvy is especially valued for his responsiveness and ability to explain fixes clearly—so clients don’t just “get it working,” they understand what happened.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking international cuisines and experimenting with new recipes—because both cooking and tech have one thing in common: details matter.

Marketing Specialist
Meet Tamara
Tamara shapes how the company communicates its value across web, content, and social channels. Her core contribution is translating technical delivery into business clarity—so clients understand what OIC solves, why it matters, and what “premium execution” really looks like.
With 13 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, and social media strategy, she’s worked across B2B, B2C, nonprofits, and education-driven projects—bringing a people-centered lens to every message.
Outside of work, she’s a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, grounded in disciplined practice and calm focus. She also loves languages and speaks Spanish, English, and Italian—and is eager to learn Chinese and German.

Solutions Consultant

Christian supports inside sales and manages client communications to ensure clients clearly see OIC’s solutions and relationships stay strong. He’s worked in sales-centric roles since age 17, bringing 5 years of Sales experience and 3 years of Project Management.
He likes taking a high-level approach before diving deeper into details, focusing on improving with every new iteration.
Outside of work, he enjoys travel, movies, and One Piece—stories he sees as intricate representations of reality that help broaden his horizons.

Solution Architect

Chris helps design and drive client solutions from concept to completion—translating needs into systems that work, not just plans that look good.
A retired Navy Electronics Technician, he brings deep expertise across Cisco networking, telecommunications, Microsoft, Unix/Linux administration, project management, and technical training. He’s known for a steady, structured approach—balancing precision with practical execution so solutions stay reliable in real environments.
Chris carries military-level discipline into his work, and he genuinely enjoys learning and teaching—because a great solution isn’t complete until the client can sustain it.

Project Lead
Meet Gabriela
Gabriela brings structure, clarity, and consistent follow-through to fast-moving, complex initiatives. Her core contribution is keeping cross-functional work aligned, decisions clear, and delivery moving forward without chaos.
She’s an Architect with a Master’s in Project Management, plus graduate degrees in marketing and international commerce—an uncommon mix that strengthens how she leads, communicates, and solves problems. With experience in architecture, design management, construction, and coordination, she bridges creative intent, technical constraints, and real execution.
Outside of work, she stays grounded through Rotary International community service and a constant drive for personal growth and learning.
