One of the reasons Open Integration Consulting was founded was
to create the kind of place in which we wanted to work. That kind
of place operates with the highest integrity, is customer focused
and is rewarded with happy customers and a wonderful reputation.
Although we didn't know it at the time, we've found that other
technically minded, creative, and ambitious people want to work
in the same kind of place. It's a place that provides the elements
for each individual's personal and professional success. That means
the equipment you need, whether it's something as simple as a PDA
to help keep our clients affairs in order or something as complex
as a fully equipped test lab in which to prepare for a certification
exam.
It means education programs that keep your skills fresh, keep you
mentally challenged, and increase your value in the professional
marketplace. It can mean career path choices, with the opportunity
to hike from path-to-path as your interests evolve. It means the
absence of morale-sapping corporate status symbols, such as fancy
private offices or assigned parking spots. And, most importantly,
it means a carefully selected, diverse group of individuals who
enjoy working and socializing together.
We're growing faster than anyone could have anticipated and as
a result sometimes our jobs are a blur of changing responsibilities,
and the high demand for our services means we have to pay extra
attention to delivering the high quality work that is our trademark.
But throughout this period of rapid expansion, we'll continue to
do our best to create the kind of stimulating professional environment
that provides both the physical and intangible materials we all
need to succeed.
Sincerely,

David J. Gonzales
