It means the absence of morale-sapping corporate status symbols, such as fancy private offices or assigned parking spots. And, most importantly, it means a carefully selected, diverse group of individuals who enjoy working and socializing together.

We're growing faster than anyone could have anticipated and as a result sometimes our jobs are a blur of changing responsibilities, and the high demand for our services means we have to pay extra attention to delivering the high quality work that is our trademark.
